The Berkeley Lab Director's Apprenticeship Program (BLDAP) is a six-week, project-based STEM program designed for high school students in grades 10-11. Participants engage in hands-on projects, an introduction to Python and data science, and bioscience-related experiments. The curriculum focuses on developing 21st-century research skills such as problem-solving, communication, and collaboration. Students will also learn about Berkeley Lab's research activities and receive college and career guidance, fostering a strong STEM network in a real-life work environment.
