Precision Sport Science offers a youth athlete training program designed for middle schoolers, focusing on developing physical literacy, confidence, and injury prevention. The program utilizes advancements in sport science, pediatric exercise science, and data analytics to create individualized training plans. Athletes will engage in activities such as speed and power training, running acceleration/deceleration mechanics, agility and change of direction drills, sport-specific conditioning, core stability training, and strength training (using weights or bodyweight depending on puberty stage). The curriculum also incorporates corrective orthopedic exercises to aid in injury prevention. The program aims to provide young athletes with a competitive advantage, promote a healthy lifestyle, and build self-confidence by improving their athletic literacy and addressing any physical insecurities.
Training sessions are 75 minutes long and are customized and coached with a ratio of no more than 1 coach per 3 athletes.
